*DEPOSIT AGREEMENT*

Deposits will be credited to the cost of your tattoo on the appointment date. If your tattoo is a multi-session project, your deposit will be credited to the cost of the final session.
Deposits are non-refundable, non transferrable, and will be lost in the event of a no call/no-show, rescheduling without 48 hours advance notice, or cancellation without rescheduling.

Please do not submit a deposit without first agreeing on an appointment date/time with your artist!

Please read our Age & ID Requirements before submitting a deposit. Arriving to your appointment with improper ID will require your appointment to be rescheduled.
